Concept of the author
In designing this wine the objective was for it to be structured and balanced, using as it’s basis the fruits of the oldest vines of the estate, belonging to the variety of ungrafted Monastrell. They are joined in this wine by two native varieties, Tempranillo and Monastrell, and an outsider, the Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives the wine more structure.
DELICATE, TASTY, DEEP.
