A traditional Andalusian family recipe made from pork sirloin, paprika, vinegar, salt, garlic, olive oil and oregano. Once made, it is poured into a deep clay jar, where it can be preserved for weeks in a fresh environment. Served cold, it is great as an appetiser on it’s own, or on bread.
